Rental Periods & Prices

We offer a weekly motorhome hire price and a 3-day hire price. The minimum booking period in July and August is 1 week. The rest of the year the minimum hire period is 3 days. Extra nights can be added on to any weekly or 3-day hire.

*Prices may vary if hire period crosses seasons. A security deposit of £500 is required 2 days before the start date of your booking. This can be paid by bank transfer, credit or debit card. Please review our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Payment Terms

At least 50% of the total rental cost is due at the time of booking. This amount is non-refundable. We accept credit and debit card through our online payment system. The remaining balance must be paid at least 21 days prior to the commencement of the rental period. If the initial booking is made within 21 days of travel, the full balance must be paid at the time of booking.

A security deposit of £500 must be paid 2 days before booking commences and will be returned within 3 days after the hire has finished. This can be paid by bank transfer, credit or debit card.

Our Motorhomes are kitted out to ensure you have a comfortable journey, with the price including many essential amenities for a great experience.

Basic kitchen equipment is provided – see equipment list. Please plan ahead and if you require any specific equipment be sure to bring it wth you or be prepared to purchase on the road.

Emptying of Waste
This must be carried out by the hirer prior to returning the vehicle. If not done a charge will be applied. We recommend staying at a campsite on the last night of your stay to use their disposal facilities.
Toll Fees and Other Charges
If not paid at the time of crossing an admin fee will apply.
Cleaning Inside and Out
The motorhomes must be returned in a similar condition to that when they were received. If not a cleaning fee will apply.
Fuel
Our vehicles will be collected with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.

Please read our Motorhome Rental Advice section which gives important information about how our vehicles work and the extras you might require. Not every extra is available with every vehicle. The extras available for your chosen vehicle can be added in the vehicle booking page.

Bedding

Many customers will choose to bring their own but they can be hired from us. A mattress protector and sheet will be provided on all beds. Mattress covers should not be removed.

DeLonghi Coffee Machine (uses ground coffee)

Make the perfect coffee again and again with this Delonghi Espresso Coffee machine. This is a small machine with big impact and is perfect for motorhome use.

Microwave

Daewoo low voltage microwave suitable for motorhome use.

Pop Up Gorilla Gazebo

Pop up gorilla gazebo (3m x 3m) with breathable groundsheet. It provides a storage area and seating/dining area during the day and a quiet spot to retire to in the evenings. A nice option for those who have kids going to bed early in the motorhome. It will be better suited to those parking up for several days at a campsite. Make sure to check with your campsite in advance if they allow and can accommodate gazebos.

Pets

We are one of few companies to offer a pet friendly motorhome hire service and our rates are really competitive so please feel free to bring your furry friends along for the ride. Pets are not allowed on the beds.

Share the driving by adding an additional driver onto the booking.

Early Pick-up/late Drop-off

May be available on request but will not always be possible due to other hire requirements and is unlikely in peak periods. You will receive an email 1 week prior to travel when this will be offered if available. The extra cost can be paid at that stage.
